- please print out the service and return form below and enclose it within you return. We can only guarantee a fast and correct process of your return if you put this form in your package
- please note the information in our cancellation terms
Service and return formRetain the receipt from DHL until the return process is completed – this can be used as proof of the return shipment. The costs of the returns are to be paid by the buyer. In the case of damaged or wrong delivered products please contact our customer service – in this case Citycare24 will pay the costs.
