Packaging
Discreet Packaging
We are happy to send your order in a neutral outer packaging. To do this, please select "Discreet shipping" in the ordering process.
We charge an additional €1 for the extra handling and packaging.
If you do not select neutral shipping, your package will be shipped in the original box. This protects the environment, since less packaging material is required.
Fast Track - When things have to go fast!
With Fast Track, your package will overtake all others in our warehouse!
Everyone knows the following situation - Holidays or a long weekend are coming up and the queues at the supermarket checkout are longer than usual. Everyone is stocking up on supplies for the days off or needs to replenish supplies after the days off. The same scenario also plays out in shipping.
So that you can be sure that your goods will skip this long line and be dispatched on the same working day, you can now choose our premium service level Fast Track.
The Fast Track option guarantees you priority processing of your order. For orders placed before 1:00 p.m., we will ship your goods on the same working day.
Orders on weekends, public holidays or after 1 p.m. are given priority and handed over to our logistics partner DHL on the next working day.
Fast Track is currently only available for selected items in our range. We strive to constantly expand this selection. If we are not able to implement your selected service level, we will of course give you a money-back guarantee. Read more about this in our terms and conditions.
How to select Fast Track:
- Place your goods in the shopping cart as usual and proceed to the checkout.
- Under the shipping methods, select the shipping method Fast Track.*
- Complete your order as usual.
*The Fast Track shipping method is available within Germany for selected items and the payment methods PayPal, Amazon Payments and Sofortüberweisung.
