I would like to return a product to Citycare24. How do I proceed?
- please print out the service and return form below and enclose it within you return. We can only guarantee a fast and correct process of your return if you put this form in your package
- please keep in mind that due hygienic reasons we can only take back unopened products which are in their original packaging
Retain the receipt from DHL until the return process is completed – this can be used as proof of the return shipment. The costs of the returns are to be paid by the buyer. In the case of damaged or wrong delivered products please contact our customer service – in this case Citycare24 will pay the costs.
Please know that the information named above are no qualification for your legal rights against us but will help to handle a fast return.

The products will be checked and the reversal will be arranged, or your further request will be processed.
